If it is our fault, we will fix it free of charge. If you want to change the sample to be different from the already agreed tech pack, you will be charged accordingly.

No, you don't need to. We will make two TOP samples, one for the customer and one for our production Team. These are vitally important to ensure the first cuts in production are exact to design and accurate to millimetre perfection. We can hold a video call & go over minor changes without the samples needing to be sent back. If your collections only require minor edits, remaking them is unnecessary.

Yes, your design is safe with us. We both sign an NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) to protect your designs. This contract is legally binding & protects your designs from being copied by us or any of our affiliates.
