Orders received before 12 pm (WITA) each business day (Mon-Fri) are packed and dispatched the same day. Love Anchor  uses JNE, J&T, TIKI  for domestic deliveries (inside Indonesia) & DHL Express  for all other world wide deliveries.


Even though we may process your parcel the same day, delivery will depend on JNE, J&T, TIKI  and DHL Express  schedule in Indonesia. Confirmation of your order being dispatched will be emailed to you including tracking number. Follow the directions on the email to track your parcel.

You will be sent an email when your order is dispatched. It will quote your tracking number and a link to Domestic deliveries (inside Indonesia) please visit JNE , J&T , Tiki or for World please see DHL


  1. Deliveries are processed through JNE, J&T or Tiki (Indonesia) & DHL  (the rest of the world). Once dispatched from Love Anchor  warehouse your parcel will be subject to their delivery terms and conditions. Please visit their websites for more information.
  2. Customers must ensure that the correct delivery address, phone number, and email are entered on our payment page. Parcels that are undeliverable due to contact details being incorrect will be returned to Love Anchor and a re-dispatch fee will be charged for the parcel to be resentful. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
  3. Love Anchor will endeavour to deliver the goods to customers within the time period specified. However, we will not be liable to the customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time the customer receives the ‘order dispatched’ email not from the date the order was placed and does not take into account delays due to customs regulations in your country.
  4. Our carriers deliver during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, the customer will be contacted and another delivery attempt is made. Should the customer not be present at the delivery address or cannot be reached by phone/email the parcel may be returned to Love Anchor as unclaimed after 5 days. Further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable. Where possible please consider entering your work address if you are not at home during normal business hours.
  5. Once unclaimed goods have arrived in the Love Anchor warehouse, the customer will be contacted again and the order will be held for a total of two weeks. If the customer does not respond within these two weeks, the order will be cancelled.
  6. Love Anchor reserves the right not to accept an order, or to cancel an order (with refund) if we cannot supply the goods.
  7. Love Anchor will only ship orders when all items on the order are available for dispatch.
  8. Love Anchor will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left Love Anchor
  9. Property and risk pass to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address who receives and signs for the goods shall be presumed by Love Anchor to be authorized to receive the goods.
  10. Some deliveries may incur a customs or import duty charge. Love Anchor, DHL, JNE,J&T, and Tiki are not responsible for these charges nor can we advise about them, it depends on your own countries regulations & compliances. For more information please contact your local customs office. If you refuse to pay the duty or tax once the parcel arrives it will be returned to the sender. The money paid for the product and delivery costs is non-refundable.



Given the amount of orders we process, the availability of any product on the site is always subject to period of order, which by this terms means every order will be deliver after we get the confirmation of your payment through our email. By this means, each product is purchase by order only.


You have 14 (fourteen days) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return,

  1. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


If something doesn’t work out, please inform our team by sending email on and explain about what is the problem of our product . We will responds your email within 48 hours. We will also send you a return confirmation that includes your return shipping label and return instructions, also  return form  that you need to fill and send it back to us  via email.


If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  1. Sending you replacement product
  2. Replacing the product or
  3. Issue a refund**
  4. And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
  5. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issues


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
